Driving the Good Food Revolution

Join Food Forward co-creator Stett Holbrook and team this summer as he sets out to take the pulse of the good food movement in America. Stett and his family will drive across the country pulling a vintage 1965 Airstream trailer in search of the new voices behind America’s good food revolution. The Food Forward family will be meeting American Food Rebels, while creating compelling online content: weekly webisodes, “how to” cooking demos, recipes, travelogues, blogs and slides shows, coupled with weekly stops at grassroots events--farmers markets, food festivals, fairs and screenings of Food Forward’s pilot episode on urban agriculture.

Route: Departing from Santa Cruz, CA, the trip will follow a counter-clockwise, south-easterly route with a key stop each week including Los Angeles, Santa Fe, Boulder, Austin, New Orleans, Memphis, Atlanta, Washington, D.C, New York City, Boston, Chicago, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Seattle, and Portland.
